2. User Accounts & Responsibility

When creating an account to manage a gym, you assume full responsibility for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities and transactions occurring under your account.
• The accuracy of member and staff data entered and compliance with local data privacy laws.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The platform services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are paid in advance and automatically recurring based on your plan.
• All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with at least 30 days prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" without any warranties. Selection Gym shall not be liable for any financial losses or indirect damages resulting from temporary service interruptions or data loss due to misuse.

5. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of terms violation or non-payment of fees.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or a notification within the platform.
